* Please do not bring your pets to the salon.
* Your appointment are very important to us.
* Please show up on time when you have an appointment.
* If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment,we will give your
appointment slot to another customer.
* If you are a brand new customer, we will require a credit card to hold your appointment.
* If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least
5 hours in advance.
* If you made a same day appointment and you need to cancel or
reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
* We will charge a 50% fee for all customers who do not show up or
make us aware that they need to cancel an appointment.
* We will no longer accept any appointments if you are a no show
and you do not call.
* All last minutes cancellations or appointment changes will incur a 20% charge.
* We respect all customers. All customers are required to be
respectful and mannerly to the nail technician. If you mistreat any
technicians or customers, we will no longer accept
appointments from you.
